Cancellations and Refund Policy

Request for cancellation-refund must be sent to the Conference Secretariat.

Written request are necessary for cancellation-refund.

Telephone request will not be honored. Refund will be initiated 30 days after the conference.

Cancellation-Full Refund

If JIC receives written request before 60 days prior to the first day of the conference.

Cancellation-50% Refund – Less than 30 Days Notice

Cancellation

No refund will be made for cancellation of registration after December.
