Cancellations and Refund Policy

Request for cancellation-refund must be sent to the Conference Secretariat.

Written request are necessary for cancellation-refund.

Telephone request will not be honored. Refund will be initiated 30 days after the conference.

Cancellation-Full Refund

If JIC receives written request before 30 days prior to the first day of the conference i.e. before December 1, 2018.

Cancellation-50% Refund – Less than 30 Days Notice

If JIC receives written request after December 1, 2018 but before December 15, 2018.

Cancellation

No refund will be made for cancellation of registration after December 15, 2018.
