Requests for cancellation/refunds must be sent to the Conference Secretariat.
Written requests are necessary for cancellation/refunds. Telephone requests will not be honored.
If JIC receives written request no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the conference i.e. before December 6, 2016.
If JIC receives written request within one month before the Conference Date i.e. after December 6, 2016 but before December 20, 2016.
Cancellation/ No Refund
No refund will be made for cancellation of registration after December 20, 2016.
The refund process will be initiated one month after the conference.
